Apprenticeship

Switzerland has a solid experience in training apprentices with a dual mode structure : school days at the "Ecole de Commerce" and working days within an employer. To which can be added additional courses dedicated to a specific sector. Just as the banks do since many years with great success.

After three years, the apprentices obtain a CFC very well recognised in our country.

GTSA is considering creating an apprenticeship to train future operators, middle officers and/or junior accountants.
